Jones: Browns +145. Cleveland will need another sound and solid year from Baker Mayfield if it wants to beat out the Ravens for the North. All the other pieces are in place.Kerr: Ravens +120. This division suddenly opened up with J.K. Dobbins' season-ending injury. Hard to see Baltimore's run game mi sing a beat with him out, even though Dobbins appeared set for a breakout year. Baltimore still has an elite defense and Lamar Jackson is the quarterback.
