This week Kun Aguero made a statement in which he felt that referees were le s likely to give a foreign player a penalty in the Premier League. The problem is ma sive within the top level of the game. And in my opinion its now in danger of becoming acceptable. Look at any game in the Premier League and this is evident. If a player goes down in the box and there is contact its a penalty. And this kind of behaviour happens all over the pitch.
