I would be mindful. Until it's officially published, I really don't trust Sega. Doesn't even make sense. There is publishers, licensing, taxes, localization, server maintenance, EU/US regulations compliance, client service, and meseta pso2 probably a shitload more I can't even think of. Any why would SEGA, of all companies, not be able to do some of this? Why did it take them long to deliver Phantasy Star Online 2 to the west to begin with? Phantasy Star Online 2 could be ugly clunky, and pso2 sales unwelcoming. It can be rewarding fascinating, and endearing. The hours of Phantasy Star Online 2 do small to make a case, with menu interfaces obscuring all Phantasy Star Online 2's features, making everything feel needlessly difficult. However, for people who stick with it through this, Phantasy Star Online 2 eventually opens up into a rewarding and large adventure, one with lots of reward, character, and pleasure on offer.
