I find supplements to be very beneficial for good results. I have never worked out in the gym; I just could not do it; I have been doing home workouts exclusively since 2019. There are equipment restrictions, but on the plus side, it isn't necessary depending on the time without access to the gym. Some decent activities can be built on basic equipment.
