Even though we understand PSO2 works lots fine from wangrui's blog

I would be mindful. Until it's officially published, I really don't trust Sega. Doesn't even make sense. There is publishers, licensing, taxes, localization, server maintenance, EU/US regulations compliance, client service, and meseta pso2 probably a shitload more I can't even think of.

Any why would SEGA, of all companies, not be able to do some of this? Why did it take them long to deliver Phantasy Star Online 2 to the west to begin with? It's just evaluation, together with strategies abound. Sad, SEGA could be more. The question was"that which costs them to start Phantasy Star Online 2?" And that. I did not mean to ask it to you but responded for a train of thought to the thread. You're right about the prices. I had been hoping those could be managed by SEGA.

Well yea, but one that is launchable from out of the Windows store ecosystem. I understand the user base is limited but there are people which are still on Windows variant besides 10 (8% of steam users use a different windows compared to 10). Those folks can effectively not perform Phantasy Star Online 2 due to the shortage of store accessibility. - Even though we understand PSO2 works lots fine on non-windows 10 computers viewing as the JP version has been something for years. And that's definitely not even to speak of the convenience a lot of individuals would have and prefer obtaining the download through Steam if they have win10.

I think that the xbox app can click through to the page on the windows shop of it and does hook. Personally I truly don't find any reason to not upgrade to windows 10 at this point, you can disable all the telemetry and analytics using a tool called blackbird very readily and classic casing allows a very seamless way to restore the windows 7 mode menu, this clearly is not perfect but more than worthwhile for reasons similar to this and security updates.

I only add steam and all my matches with UWPhook, which isn't perfect but in my opinion xbox game pass is too good to pass up although I can understand the convenience aspect. Yea, I mean I agree with you. I personally just have 2 friends with some what 1 and hardware is worried win10 might make their system more unstable as it is now. The other is planning to update computer, therefore money for a lived upgrade just doesn't make too much sense. They were rather bummed out by the whole windows store item since they can play jp just nice, but would love to hop on our official servers and play with all the group of pso2 sales our communities fresh Phantasy Star Online 2 gamers that are leaping on.
