Brady Phelps brings a unique training style that compliments his friendly and approachable demeanor. His 16 years of smalls arms experience is rooted in multiple live-fire engagements during the Global War on Terror, but has since matured from the frantic and exaggerated, to precise and meaningful. His goal is to create an environment where the student will become adept in economy and purpose, yet still nurturing creativity and inevitably building confidence.
Brady is an industry recognized physical security practitioner and consultant. In 2017, he was recognized by Security Systems News as “Top 20 Security Professional Under the Age of 40” and he holds all three ASIS International board certifications in security management, the Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), and Professional Certified Investigator (PCI). Brady has specialized his practice and services to be scalable to both the fortune 500 corporation to the concerned homeowner. He has developed and implemented multi-faceted Active Shooter and Workplace Violence Programs that include awareness training, threat and vulnerability assessments, plans, and task execution assistance.
