Ustream.tv in the list of malware sites?: flagged by Google from Steven Brun's blog

Ustream.tv one of the popular site for live broadcasting has been flagged by Google. While visiting Ustream Google shows Malware   warning - visiting this site may harm your computer!


Well after visiting the site and browse through lots of pages i unable to find any suspicious activity in app ustream.tv. On Google safe browsing Diagnostic page says - Of the 2799 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 38 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-06-11, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-06-11.


Mark Tolmacs Product Manager of app ustream.tv replied on forum,

”We were able to identify a 3rd party ad provider as the cause of the malware report. We removed the faulty provider and the malware team at Google confirmed the change. Soon the notice will be withdrawn and your experience should return back to normal.”

”We are happy to report that the malware report has been pulled back and app Ustream should be accessible without any further disruption. Thanks for your support!”


i discovered this warning while browsing through my own site vgizmo through changing vpn on iphone, which contain link of ustream.tv in one of my article. Google also flagging the site which has links from ustream.


At the time of publishing of this article warning was removed from Google search and site is now good to surf without any malware warning.

Nokia preparing to launch Nokia AIR cloud service


The s60betalabs published a commercial video of Nokia AIR cloud service. The app is designed to synchronize applications, contacts and multimedia files of smartphones and tablets of Nokia.


The first mobile operating system, which you can access the Nokia Air, will be the Nokia’s own operating system Symbian Belle.


In the video below you can see several attractive mobile concepts, in particular Symbian Belle driven, mobile and compact device in the form of a slider, which is synchronized with the Nokia Air. Hopefully, some of them become a reality with the cloud service this fall at the event Nokia World 2012.


It is possible that the above mentioned devices are working on an updated OS Symbian Belle Feature Pack 2.
